Clean rooms. The staff was always polite and helpful, ensuring any issues were promptly addressed. The dining options felt quite limited and pricey, a bit disappointing .

We appreciated sleeping 1 night in this hotel. The idea to include an electric kettle, a fridge and glassware in the a deluxe room was nice. The breakfast offered was delicious with a nice view and nachos, as for instance, couldn't have asked for more. The free parking was onsite, fantastic service.
Well, the views were not so great here.

The service was OUTSTANDING with parking onsite. Location: the hotel was not far from the beach and the harbor and the wooden platform.

We enjoyed the stunning sea view from our deluxe double room. The free shuttle service made our arrival and departure seamless, and the hotel's close proximity to nature offered a serene escape from city life.

The room was absolutely FABulous, not to mention views over the ocean from the window. The breakfast had a huge variety of fab food and drinks. Our accommodation was set in a remote location near hotel's restaurant, South Korea and transport. It also was in the stagnant lagoon.
Some people working there were poor.

my room was brand-new with a very comfortable bed, had smoke detectors for safety measures. the breakfast with nachos and a nice view was above average, had so much to choose from.

The breakfast woudl ve been nice if it wasn't a whopping £50 for a buffet, what a steal! And disappointingly, the gym is practically non-existent. I expected to find at least one working treadmill in a five-star hotel, not a yoga mat covered in dust. I almost thought of giving it a good review, but just couldn't.

Had a blast with friends here! The flat-screen televisions kept us entertained, and the hotel is a great base for exploring nearby spots like SKY72 Golf Club and Yeongjong Pier. Super nice team, and the shuttle service made getting around easy. Just make sure to check out the trails around the hotel for a scenic walk.
There was a loud pool party on the weekend, made it hard to relax. It would be nice if hotels considered their guests' needs, especially those just passing through.

missingWrote a review on 16 Octpool charges
The pool access comes with an extra fee that raises eyebrow, especially for a supposed premium experience. The AC system shuts down post-8 PM, which can turn rooms into sauna-like conditions during the night. Clarity on restaurant hours was lacking, leading to confusion about dining options. Outside the hotel, you're pretty much isolated with no decent walking options for food. Taxis are your only option for off-site meals.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I especially loved how the hotel provided a USB charging cord, made charging multiple devices super convenient.
It wasn't inexpensive but still reasonable for what you get.

The flat-screen televisions offered great entertainment, and we loved the heated pool, even though it wasn't included. We visited the SKY72 Golf Club and Yeongjong Pier, excellent additions to our trip. Everything was modern and comfy.
The only downside was the dining options. We found the prices a bit steep for what was offered. We skipped breakfast because it seemed overpriced, and dinner at the on-site restaurant could have been better.
